Mid-Hudson FPC Share

Bialas Farms Farmer’s Choice CSA Shares are assembled for you and consist of 8-12 items per week.  All members receive a weekly email newsletter containing recipes and tips specifically curated for each week’s share. Our weekly share provides you with 17 weeks of veggie abundance beginning June 2024. There is no share distribution on Thursday, July 4th.

Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center and Bialas Farms have joined together for this year to offer Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center employees a full season of fresh vegetables delivered to them at work each Thursday afternoon.

We open the season with treats like these:

Leafy Lettuces
Fragrant Herbs
Garlic Scapes
Baby Broccoli Rabe
Bok Choy
Scallions
Fresh Spinach

The heart of summer will bring:
Rainbow Peppers
Farmer Sonny’s Famous Carrots
Cucumbers

Sweet Corn
Heirloom Tomatoes

With the chill of autumn, you’ll receive:
Our Signature Brussel Buds
Broccoli & Cauliflower
Purple Kale
Butternut Squash
Parsnips
Red and  Yellow Onions
Swiss Chard
Russet Baker Potatoes

Large Shares will typically feed a family of 4-5; a small share will feed 2-3.
MHFPC shares are delivered to the facility on Thursday afternoons.
