Our Signature “Free Choice CSA” Declining Balance Share is the perfect way for you to support our farm while still getting the produce you want in the quantities you need.
ONE CUSTOM CARD works like CASH at Bialas Farm Stand. Shop ALL events and farm stand days if you like.

Special Pricing!

For each $100 share purchased, $105 in share credits will be added to ONE “Declining Balance” SWIPE CARD for you to use all season long. Share credits must be used by the end of the farm stand season or 12/31/2024. Sorry, there are no refunds for unused credits, but we do remind you when your balance is low. You may reload your card with additional shares at any time.

All Declining Balance Share CSA Members will receive our weekly email newsletter. This will include a list of the items in each week’s pre-packed Farmer’s Choice Share. You are more than welcome to purchase items from the list and use the recipes provided, or do your own thing and create dishes that your whole family will love. Members-only discount codes are often available and will be posted in the weekly newsletter.

    Since I follow a plant-based diet, the fruits and vegetables from Bialas Farms are the best – locally grown food is always freshest and tastiest. I am able to freeze extras for wintertime because I purchased a declining balance share – more of what I like, less of what I don’t. The staff is very warm and friendly and always helpful. And, I love Kasha’s emails – I’m not on Facebook, so I save all the emails with her recipe suggestions.

    I love the freshness of all the produce that I have purchased this season. Salads have lasted me for weeks by simply refreshing them in water. Everything super fresh and delicious. I hate buying supermarket produce, even more so now that I have found Bialas Farm. I travel from Milford, PA. I think that speaks for itself.

    The Bialas Farm family has some of the most AMAZING vegetables in the Hudson Valley! First, I dream about the early spring spinach & lettuce. Don’t forget Sonny’s
    famous ‘OH SO SWEET Carrots’. Then it’s the variety of cucumbers, beets, peas, string beans & herbs. And that’s just the beginning of the season!

    I travel 25 miles to get there because the produce is THAT GOOD! If you’re not sure how to prepare a vegetable, just ask! Kasha & the Bialas Farm family crew will provide mouth watering recipes.
