Bialas Farms Farmer’s Choice CSA Shares are assembled for you and consist of 8-12 items per week. All members receive a weekly email newsletter containing recipes and tips specifically curated for each week’s share. Our weekly share provides you with 17 weeks of veggie abundance beginning June 2024. There is no share distribution on Thursday, July 4th.
Garnet Health Medical Center and Bialas Farms have joined together for a SEVENTH YEAR to offer GHMC employees a full season of fresh vegetables delivered to them at work each Thursday afternoon.

Large Shares will typically feed a family of 4-5; a small share will feed 2-3.
Garnet Health shares are delivered to the hospital on Thursday afternoons.
